Boots & All was built on a simple idea: clinic owners shouldn't have to become HR experts just to run a great practice.
For 18 years, Lizzy Boots has worked exclusively inside the medical, health and beauty industry, specialising in recruitment, retention, training and workplace compliance. She's not a generalist HR consultant who treats every business the same.
She understands the specific pressures of running a clinic: the reliance on casual and locum staff, the reputational risk of a bad hire, the reality of wearing every hat in the business at once.
Her approach follows three simple pillars: Recruit. Train. Retain. Attracting the right people, setting them up to succeed, and building the kind of workplace that keeps them there.
